Louis Inglis Hall is a writer of short fiction. He studied Classics at the University of Edinburgh and has lived in the city ever since. His work covers the spectrum of horror, fantasy and science fiction.

His story ‘album track’ was longlisted for the Fish Short Story Prize in 2024.

His story ‘Numismatic Archetypes in the Year of Five Regents’ received a Numismatic Literary Guild award in 2025.
